Where This Started
I didn’t start CrownKonsult to be another consultant with a deck and a framework. I started it because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented Nigerian founders with genuine products, real customers, and serious ambition — held back not by the market, but by gaps in how their businesses were built.
The pricing was off. The systems were missing. The brand was saying the wrong thing to the wrong people. And the advice they were getting was either too expensive, too generic, or built for an environment that looks nothing like Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt.

My background is in business analysis and data analytics — which means I’m trained to look at a system, find where it’s breaking down, and design a better one. That discipline is what I bring to every engagement.
