No — but it helps. The free diagnostic takes 5 minutes and gives us both a clearer picture of where you are before our first conversation. It makes the discovery call more focused and more useful.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
It depends on your stage and what you’re trying to solve. CrownStart is for early-stage clarity. CrownBuild is for growing businesses hitting a ceiling. Is everything done remotely?
Yes. All sessions are conducted via video call, and deliverables are shared digitally. This allows us to work with founders across Nigeria and the diaspora without compromising on quality or depth.
What’s the payment structure?
For project engagements (CrownStart, CrownBuild, CrownScale), we typically work with a 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery structure. CrownRetain is billed monthly. Payment terms are confirmed during the discovery call.
What if I’m not based in Nigeria?
CrownKonsult works with Nigerian founders wherever they are — Lagos, London, Houston, Accra. We’re specifically focused on the Nigerian market context, whether you’re operating on the ground or from the diaspora.
